Hi everybody i would like to know if i have 90 of acceleration for example thanks to my Engine but the level cap in my league is 80, does that extra 10 points affect my car performance or not?

Yes, it does affect your car (both in Rookie and Pro). That changes once you promote to Elite, there the cap of 100 is the limit and everything above it will be useless. That's because it's not by design of the car development system but by a current limitation of the game which can't work with values above 100. Maybe something Jack could address after the current tyre rebalancing.
