Why isn't possible to see what the sponsor expect from your team ( minimum place reach during grand prix ), to allow money and 'prize ' , before team manager , sponsor choose and after when we select our sponsor in the list ?

This depends on your rivals, your last positions and several other factors, it's not a fixed thing.
