it would be interesting to have a "used engine store" and be able to use them freely during the season

It wouldn't be that much use, unless you used them in practice. A used engine has a dramatic affect on performance, I've put a new engine in for driver 1 and kept a 1 race old engine in for driver 2, both drivers equal on ability, age and on the same strategy yet in the race, driver 1 finished 10 places higher than driver 2, all based on engine performance.
