Hello everyone. Sunday, October 7th the 1st edition of the ON FIRE THREE DAYS A WEEK championship starts



We run 3 times a week for a duration of about 30 minutes with 50% of the laps at a speed of 1.5x.



We are all Rookie on average on level 4-5, very competitive and continuously improving. We are looking for both Rookie and Pro, since the promotions are open and then next year we will find ourselves in Pro.
