I would like to ask if there is a set period when new drivers are 'added' to the racing pools? Atm, there is a specific set of attributes of a driver I am looking for, but when I look at the list, I see the relevant drivers all nearly 40, I've been looking daily, and some of those drivers have never been part of a team. Atm at level 8, a large bulk of drivers are in their twilight years and I seek a driver I can hold onto for a little while without having to worry about their stats.

My questions are.

Do old drivers that have not been signed that are old disappear?

How often does a new driver appear in the free agents list?

Is there a way we can improve on this system?
Sorry I know this is unrelated to an extent but I would also like to know if there is any higher talent drivers that are going to be released any time soon. Basically months and months ago some people were lucky enough to get 18 talent drivers as low as level 7 and 8 and now a days it's hard to even find a good, young 16 talent in level 9. I know it's not the end of the world but it would be nice to get some decent drivers at high levels. The 17 talents are disappearing fast too. By the time some of these rookies/people just starting the game move up to higher levels there isn't going to be many high talent drivers left that are worth hiring.

But as per your issue David. I think that was the system behind it all - If you hire a driver who has better base stats to begin with then they're likely to be older and you won't get as long out of them.

I don't believe that old drivers disappear, as drivers don't age when they are not signed to a team. I think that's the only question I can answer anyway, but I don't recall the free agents list being updated, until you reach a higher level, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Is there anyway to see drivers that are above your level? It would be nice to be able to go through and shortlist some drivers for an upcoming driver switch.

I like the idea that drivers who don't have a team for months disappear out of the system and get replaced. I'll see what I can do about that.

Indeed undesired drivers that take up space. I'm all for the give every driver a chance but yeah lets be a bit realistic here.
