Game crashes after 50% race

Since last 3 races,  after 50% race the game crashes at android.  I have to enter again and game has used most of the kers.  The game is updated. 

What device are you playing on? Specs? Are you running the latest software version?

Xiaomi mi6 mobile,  phone updated and igp also updated to latest release

After last two upgrades the igp app turns off once or several times during the live race.... i have the same problem on my both accounts. I change phone to samsung galaxy s8 and try other internet connection but the problem didnt disapear :( Racing live in this situation have no sense... restarting the game takes 2 or 3 laps. In this time tyres overheats and drivers use kers like they wants.... there is no chances to win the race or even to get pos in top 10 :( Playing online now is waste of time :(

I am currently having issues with being disconnected mid race and when I have logged back in I have lost 30-50% of my kers. 

Is this a known issue?

Hi Neil. I've had a very similar issue not too long ago. It does seem league races that start at 30 past the hour, for whatever reason, are more prone to these disconnects.

Try turning down the race view settings to 'Very Low' for the time being...seems to reduce the disconnects a little

Regarding your first post, yes it's a known issue and has been this way since the new version of the game went live over two years ago. There have been many requests for a button to disable auto-KERS but as far as I know there has been no comment from the devs saying whether or not this is on their list of improvements.

Personally I believe we should have two buttons on the strategy page, one to disable auto-KERS and the other to disable Advanced Strategy (tyre choice for weather change). If you know you're going to attend then you would set both of these to "Disable" and it would overcome many of the bugs/issues people complain about.

I have exactly the same problems... app crashes and when i start it again and join the race my kers is about 30% but guys from my league says they didnt see my drivers use kers when i was offline..sometimes i have 100% kers in both cars and when i join game again (it takes about 2-3 laps) my kers is for example 30-37% in both cars... i use andoid phone Samsung s4 and samsung s8...
Sometimes i have black screen when i change drivers view. To fix it i must restart app and kers again disapear... same situations at both phones

Having exactly the same issues on iOS, full updated.

I have the same Problem IOS 12.0.1 

Still the embarrassing problem during the live of the race. Problems on the browser (out of memory ...) and on the smartphone the graphics start to shake and it is impossible to play. I lost a potential shotgun due to this bug. Please solve this obnoxious inconvenience.

Same problem with chrome and Firefox using a pc. In this way it is not a game but an unplayable shit. I'm tired that every time the bugs of the game negatively affect my race.

I already have very low quality, but the webgl has full memory, because you have added graphics that are probably too powerful for a € 300 laptop.

Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

Edward Gofton, the problem is the same for everyone. The difference is that from the smartphone the app is closed without explaining the reason, while the PC will appear that message. Now the problem also appears on Firefox! You should remove the latest update which is embarrassing.

Any update on this please?
