It seems that unfortunately I've found an upgrade bug.
a few days ago I was pretty sure that I had made an upgrade from from 2 and half stars of my offices & hospitality to 3 stars but it has remained on two and a half stars. Today my upgrade for 3 and half stars should be finished, but it stucked on 3 .yet
And no I'm still on the same lvl (16)
Could u please check it?

Hi Daniel,
Your Offices & Hospitality HQ is currently 3.5 stars, as of around the time you made this post. Did the problem rectify itself after your post? I'm trying to understand what you saw here.
We are aware of a bug which can cause the timer to display the wrong amount of time remaining on the construction project. Is that what you saw?
