Is buying a transfer driver worth improving for a profit in iGP, or is it worthless with the weekly payroll fees?

In my opinion its not worth it unless you find a high talent with low stats that you can improve....this obviously will take time if your training isnt at a high standard...the best way to make money is develop in house and sell on....but unfortunatly still costs 15 tokens to promote the driver...

I think teams should get a youth driver free every season with the talent being random if you want another or better talent then get one as you are not gaining by having a youth set up as at present they are not produced by your team but taking them after they been found making it not development that is needed but surely it should come under staff as that is what you are employing to go find the youth drivers

When i have purchased drivers, trained them up and raced with them etc then eventually sold them, no matter how high the sale i only got back the orginal transfer price.

In my opinion, recruiting a driver is OK until you get your YA built after that it's much more profitable to recruit straight out of you YA yes in the lower levels you may not get a good talented driver but you can still get these drivers on low salaries which in the long run saves you more. I'm level 17 now and all my drivers come from my  YA yes they have little to no exp but training them is far faster and that lack of exp gets nullified by the time you've fully trained them because as you are racing they gain the exp they need to get competitive fast
