Was just wondering what happens when two teams have the same amount of points at the end of the season. Especially in the critical zones of the championship table; what will decide who promotes/relegates? Amount of races? Best finishing position(s)?

I guess that this was already discussed. But it should definetly be changed in future!

Championship position should be sided through total appoints accumilated during the season. If two more or more teams end the season with the same points, the team with the more wins would be the winner, if more than one has the same number of wins in this case, the team with the most 2nd places would be ahead, and this process would continue to 3rd, 4th and all the way to 36th until a winner was found.

Thanks for the answer. Guess I'm going to have to score a win asap :-))

That is correct David but at the moment this is not implemented in that way.

Could anyone tell me if this is the way it now works?
There is a potential for this to happen in our league for 4th (promotion spot) this season.

It's not about who has more wins (or whatever the best finish position for each team is), it's about who got it first.
If two teams are on the same points each with a season best finish of 5th place, and Team A finished 5th in the third race of the season and Team B finished 5th in the last race of the season, Team A wins.
