What is the average age of retirement for pilots? And does age have an impact on pilots's performance (besides the experience)?

That depends on the amount of morale your driver has, how higher, how longer he will continue. From 30 onwards he can, and he will retire before 40. I think 34 is the average, but I'm not sure.
Age shouldn't impact the performances of your driver, atleast there is nothing like that in the rules, and I have never expierenced it, sp there shouldn't be any declining like in Fifa, etc.
