I would suggest the possibility of recruiting the chief designer at the team's headquarters.

Type: 

* pay 15 tokens for recruitment
* pay 5 tokens for your same power to define the speciality and 5 tokens for yourself define the limitation
* pay 1 token for 1 star, 2 tokens for 1,5 stars, 3 tokens for 2 stars, 4 tokens for 2,5 stars, 5 tokens for 3 stars, 6 tokens for 3,5 stars, 7 tokens for 4 stars, 8 tokens for 4,5 stars and 10 tokens for 5 stars

What do you think??? 

That would be nice (35 tokens for a perfect cd)
I think igp would b taking a heavy loss in spent coins tho..
Especially if u can set your own skills.

A certain form of randomness (like the one in driverrecruitment) might solve this.
On the copying part ill call it coincidence and covergent evolution...
