Fuel for a 100% league

Hi I’m struggling regards how much fuel to put in each car....... I’m used to a 50% league where you don’t put more than 50letres in the car, but with this other league you have to put in around 65/70 litres of fuel for one lap...... is this correct?

My general rule is around 40L, Im presuming when you say 65/70L you mean per stint, In my view that is too much for 100%, but for 50 or 75% it does happen. 

With the new tyres, go for shorter stints on the softer tyre, this is mostly the fastest.
