Not received purchased tokens

Hello guys,

I have purchased tokens yesterday and did not received them.

I have sent the email as instructed here: https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/12395 

Auto-reply told me that it may take some time to process the request, but more than 24 hours have passed.

Could you let me know the average ETA for those requests? 

And is it possible to speed up the process a bit as I am sitting with 0 tokens now and don't want to submit another purchase before the issue is solved?
