Since subscribing I've tried to run the Livery designer on multiple occasions and not once has it worked. Even did manual install on the Unity Player. Have tried it in Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 13.0.1 and Opera 12.00. IE and Firefox both start to load and then give the error "Error launching Unity Player. Failed to load Unity dll."; Opera just leaves a blank white space.

OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
CPU: AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.2GHz
RAM: about 1.12GB

I just did a bit of searching on this error. From what I can find people are saying two things:

This may be caused by antivirus software such as McAfee, according to one guy here

Try uninstalling then reinstalling unity, as per the instructions of the lengthy second comment on this page
Somehow the dll file is not being found or is corrupt on your system, and it will need to be located or repaired within your PC. This isn't something we can fix on our end. If the linked page doesn't help, unfortunately there were no better answers on other pages in the search.

I just got three months of premium, so I went to the livery tab and got that "Unity Web Player Install Now" button. So I download it, close Chrome and install it, it's pretty quick.

But when I go to the livery tab it keeps showing that install now button and nothing else. What should I do?

Use Firefox or Internet Explorer. There are some known bugs which only appear in Chrome.

Tried FF, and Chrome, nothing works. From what I've read elsewhere there has long been is a lack of support from browsers for unity plugins, due to security concerns. So nothing's working (for me at least), and it sounds as though the situation is unlikely to improve so long as unity is being used.
