When I look for other leagues, in Championship --> 'see other leagues' button (I don't know the proper translation in the English version, but you should have got it) and I put the time, the days, the cars... several leagues never appear in the list, but I see leagues with a different time than the one I selected. It makes difficult to find the proper league to play and also it penalizes those leagues which are never shown in the research, like my former one.
