hello, I paid on 18.10.2018 € 16.99 for 180 token and already written several mails but there is no reaction. For two days other messages are commented but nothing happens at my post.

With which email address did you write to support@igpgames.com and did you get an auto-reply with a case number? This can speed up finding back your email.
Hi Bilal, sorry for the delay. Our support person is currently not available and we're having some difficulty picking up the slack on the weekend. As you will have seen by the time you have read this, I have issued double the Tokens you ordered to make up for any inconvenience you have been through, and beyond that please accept my sincere apologies for this experience.
