Two day's I've been watching the market. 
The TD I have: 17 Talent, 20 Experience, 17 Morale and only a 4.5 star rating.
These 5 donkey's on the market are 4.5 star and they only have 16 Talent:

What's a buddy to do to get his hands on a 5 star TD?

Try selective breeding. You might be able to get some 5 star TDs in one or two generations’ time.
