Hi when is better change the tyres? At 50% 60% 70% of consumition.....? Could be the tyres blow/pierce???

I would recommend changing tyres when there is 30%-50% tyre life remaining. If you don't change tyres when it goes below 30%, the lap times get a lot slower.
Also, don't fuel more than 50 liters for each stint. The extra weight of the fuel makes the car too slow.
I see that you are in a 100% race distance league. For most tracks, a good strategy is 4 stints of equal length, all on Soft tyres.
