In todays wet weather race, 'Wet' tyres were automatically fitted instead the pre-selected 'Intermediates', when the rain crossed above 0.6mm.

I set my advanced settings to Wet = 3.0mm or higher.

Had issue today as well the advanced options set to over 3mm wets. Rain was at 3.6mm at race start, started on inters.... Race over.

My stops regarding Intermediates tyres, the game would always give me Medium tyres instead of inters, so i had to make an extra stop to correct to the inters. I had 3 stops for inters, that went to 6 stops, because of the mediums. The time lost could be around 70 seconds to what I should do in the final race time.

Yep just raced at Monza.
Qualifying was on drys but get into race and it raining and 0.6mm of water on track. I set my advanced options for wets at 5mm knowing I would be at the race so a shock to see I was on wets. But it gets better than that.

I push the button to pit on the first lap as after starting on pole I knew I was in big trouble with all the other drivers on inters. So I select inters already knowing my race was stuffed but changed tactics might get me a top 10 still. Well bugger me I come out of the bloody pits on SOFTS. What the crap. (And it was raining when this happened) So back in I go into the pits and this time I get the bloody inters. Now however I am in last spot nearly a lap down. I manage to finish the race in 11th. I was 2nd in the championship before this race and now have no hope of challenging for the championship as the last two races have been on wet tracks and both times I have been screwed by a system that is broken and full of bugs

There were calls 24 hours ago to turn off weather to get this fixed properly and yet nothing. I cant even read anywhere where this is being looked at. This is destroying racing and needs to be fixed. PLEASE TURN OFF WEATHER till you get this fixed. and all the known bugs taken out of it.

Just in case anyone of note bothers to read this below is the link to the race to show what happen

Today was Monaco in our league, steady rain before and all through the race with 3.4-3.6mm water on track. For manager Jools Hogg of Skidmark Scuderia however the race was lost from the very beginning. Like all top teams he set up wets, put in wets into adv. option, but still for qualifying and race start both his drivers used Intermediates. Also after the inevitable following pit stops his driver Emily Moss returned using super softs (Driver result: https://igpmanager.com/app/d=resultDetail&id=124041838 ).

Else it was a boring race as even the wets didn't get warm with PL5 all the time.

In tonight’s race I pitted twice and changed to mediums but I had inters selected.

Hi Mark, I merged your thread with this one.
As you can see it is a known bug that has been reported to the developers.

Had a fair few problems in tonight’s race in our league. A lot of people chose Inters as there starting tyre but it qualified them on Mediums and started the race on Inters.

For me it was a bit different, I chose to start on Softs, with the advanced settings set to Inters if it rained above 0mm. It qualified me on S and put me on Inters to start. As it rained for qualifying, should the advanced settings change it to Inters or is that my mistake?

Wet Hungarian race with 3.9 mm but started on inters - I did my advanced set to use wet over 2.0mm and inter as a regular set up. Then after the first lap they both pit AND came out with another set of inters!!!

It's been raining all the time - surely they should've started on wet set up.

Furthermore, 3 drivers on SS in rain - this is our Elite tier we are talking about, and even if they don't do the wet set up, auto pit should put inter on them.

Something is really wrong!

I had the same problem in my race.
I set regular strat to inter and the raining tyre to wets at 3 mm and if it stops raining i choosed inter.
The race weather was raining at 3.1 mm. My cars choose inter as tyres and in the first round they tried to pit and choose inter.
