Good morning and good November 1.

I wanted to ask if it was possible to get help, I explain, I have two chief designers who will retire at the end of the contract, but I also have other CDs in the same account, I would fire those who retire, but a great cause does not allow me to do so, every race that I lose 3 million and I have to keep at least one for 39 other races, the other does not matter , there are only 3 races left.
Is there no way to fix this? Do I have to keep them necessarily? Isn't it a bit exaggerated to pay all the salaries?

I specify that I have no problem buying tokens, always done, but I wanted to understand this thing.

Only 2 options bud either keep paying per race salaries or sack them and pay them rest of the contract. No other way unfortunately.

Only solution don't hire drivers or staff close to retirement sell if you think they getting close think staff start to hit retirement at 65 but completely retire at 70 not sure on drivers but be wary of new contracts for over 60 year old

he had not yet turned 60, as soon as I renewed his contract told me that he was retiring, this in my humble opinion does not go
