Another bug

Yesterday after the Race i bought engine and spare parts to next race and made the setup to next race
hour 13.00: The bug kick me out from the championship.....
Hour 18.08: server go on.....
Hour 18.40: I find out that the races have not been postponed, and despite a brief warning the races are still disputed. Ok, I ran and I find out after the race that I raced the race with used engines and spare parts.... without the tokens promised because of the bug.
Tell me, Jack, how should I feel? I asked for the repetition of the race, the suspension of the championship ... and I see myself instead for the umpteenth time penalized because of a bug.
NOW, I kindly ask to be at least once heard, since I am a user who more than once spent money on this fu°°°°g game .... so I deserve a moment of respect from you and from whom I paid, since I could not pay, but I did it because I thought the game was fun then ... today after your umpteenth problem that penalized my race I do not find it funny at all!

Hi Salvatore,
I completely understand your frustration and will do whatever I can to help.

That said, let's set realistic expectations for what I personally can stay informed on, since I'm being called out by name. I cannot monitor situations for every user on a personal level, simultaneously. Sometimes I have to make hard decisions about prioritizing getting the game back online for the majority of people or having a few people hit by issues. It's never an easy choice to make, but I think to anyone the choice is obvious. First take care of the majority, and then focus on the fringe cases at the end. That is why I am here now, I am looking to see what else remains to be fixed for individuals.

There has been no request to postpone or reset the race by the host in the race re-run thread, which is the formal channel for this type of request. If you do not like the race result, we can still erase it now and have it run again tomorrow. Hopefully that will be helpful, but the request should come from the host (Man Blue).
