purchased tokens havnt arrived

I purchased some tokens last night and despite being charged for them i never recieved an email of receipt or the tokens. i am happy to send a screen shot of my bank statement privately but not publicly for security reasons it was the 14.99 pack with 180 tokens iv tried logging out and back in but thats not worked. thanks.

This is the same league that I was reporting health re-gen problems about last night in the 'kicked' thread in Announcements last night, didn't recieve any answers on that so it would be great if soneone could get back to us please.

 Pete the heath generation issue was resolved and people affected were reimbursed with extra health. 

scrap that it went to my junk mail for some reason but other purchases have gone to my normal inbox. ill follow the link now thanks for the help

Hello M S in reference to Pete's speech yesterday at 21:00 before the 21:30 Italian race I paid 4 tokens to restore the health of the drivers, something that would not have happened without the bug because I was in line with the times. I'd like to be reimbursed of the 4 tokens. Thank you
