Hi!
in my leage we have active players in PRO and ELITE
However, in Rookie, the most active player logged in 3 days ago.

League name: CrazyLeague for active and talented players
league id=17573

Would it be possible to direct to our league new players?

Make an add for your league in the leagues n events section.
Be sure to state length speed and number of cars. Post the link there as well. 
Players will join (eventually) as long as u keep upping the thread from time2time.
