Hi Craig, I can't see any evidence of this in your team history. I assume that when you saw 13 points to go, this was an anomaly and abnormal compared to what you'd been seeing for weeks. E.g. you'd been seeing it count down from 6000 to 5000 over the preceding weeks and then saw 13 somehow.
Why didn't you report it when it showed 13? It's strange that you're reporting this as if the 13 was the right value, because there's no indication in your team history that it was ever near 13xp to go to level 19. We have daily logs of your level XP to base this on.
The only thing I can think is if you have other teams that you manage, maybe you were logged in to one of those and had the XP to go to the next level from that account on your mind.
I dont bother with mulitple accounts, I have enough trouble bothering with this one.
But I know it was at 13 as I was watching it daily for it to get to the next level so I could advance my headquarters...
However, I can now advance my headquarters... so what I'm now thinking is that while I was watching the XP count down, Its quite likely that I got my level wrong and I was previously level 17, not 18 as I thought.
