Not enough CD

I was not sure either to post this post here or in the suggestions, please apologize if I put it in the wrong thread.

I want to make a complaint regarding the transfer market for staff: I have been constantly checking for the last 20 days the market in order to change my CD, and I would like to buy one that has negative cooling or reliability, and positive in any other skill (acc, brak, handl, etc.). I am level 18, fairly close to 19 and these staff I mentioned above they just don’t exist. Please improve the game by making these guys appear more frequently on the market. I repeat: I have checked the market 4/5 times a day for the last 20 days and never seen one with the characteristics above mentioned.

My best suggestion is check more often.
Im lvl 17 and i have loads of 4,5 star cds in my list, with an occasional 5 star.
They just have a very short lifespan. Usually 5 minutes is ages in terms of a good cd 'being for sale'
But they are there. Its just timing. U have to be online at the correct time.
I dont know if the release to the market is random, (it doesnt seem totally random clockwise, but maybe its just me*) 
but quantity is the best way to find 1. Check every 30seconds. It pays.

*i seem to find a lot of good ones usually right after my race has finished (app. CET 18:40h) or at around 02:00 and 03:00 (also CET)
Maybe thats because most the CET people, and all surrounding timezone people (dont wanna be a time-ist) are in REM-mode at that time.
