As a new racer to the game
I notice I do better if I leave it it to the computer and don’t join in live
I don’t really see a speed difference in mediums or softs in most races
Track temp does not seem to have any effect on tyre wear
I would expect that joining a race live should make me faster than the computer ran cars
Your managing boost and push to keep tyres in optimal range but see no benefit
I think a computer ran car on what ever tyre should be slower than a live racer on the same tyre
Reliability has no effect
Points in fuel and tyre wear appear useless
Just what I seem to see
Yours colin

Hi Colin.
Regarding the AI being better than managing the race yourself. I think you must be doing something wrong because you should be much more successful if you attend. Make sure you use push to keep the tyre temperature in the middle of the guage, it really does make a difference to lap times. Also KERS management is important, the AI doesn't do a very good job so in this area you should have a huge advantage over non-attending managers.

With the last league i was with we all helped each other out!! If one guy was struggling we would help!! Even the last race of the season before all us top 3 teams that had already got our spots ran Wet tyres on dry race track to get more experience for the others!! So if you ever want any time or help mate just drop us a line and we will see how we can help you!! Maybe its the gruop you are racing with i just dont know!!
