Engines Not Delivered

I’ve just spent 10 coins on new engines, the coins were deducted but the engines were not delivered. 
Can someone help me please as I have no engines left.

Hi Steve.
Most managers when this happen make the mistake of buying parts and not engines. Are you sure you clicked on the engine tab to buy the engines and not brought parts?

Same with me, bought 10 engines and then weren't delivered, and have sure that didn't bought parts.

Can you please refund the 10 coins and take back the parts please.
