Hi Chris, if you're trying to delete the first post in a thread, this isn't possible. Additionally, users can't delete their own threads or other users' posts, only their own posts as long as it isn't the first post of the thread.
To which thread are you referring, and why do you want these things deleted?

Thanks Yunus. I wanted to delete the posts on recruiting mangers for my league (New Zealand Championship) as everyone including myself has left it and it has been automatically closed.
