I won our league race this evening, also finished 2nd. Gained 0 reputation points. Last night, finished 3rd and 4th, lost 6 reputation points. Night before, 1st and 3rd, lost 3 reputation points. We have a 12 team league so that should not be a problem. It seems since i hit 9000 reputation points a couple of weeks ago the addition of reputation points has been spotty. Either something is amiss or those with 10000 points are absolute magicians. Please let me know if there is something I need to adjust.
Thanks.
Tad

The reputation calculation rewards managers who are consistently beating higher rep managers. At the moment you are competing in a league of 12 teams and you are the highest rep manager so you would be expected to win. If you want to gain rep you need to move to a more competitive league and regularly place in the points. Any of the leagues in this list would work assuming they have a place...

It just means you're too far ahead of the average reputation and/or the next best manager in your league and thus the game expects you to win there, or even thinks you should match yourself against 'better' (reputation wise, it's not really a universal measure of team and manager strength, for that there's only racing each other) opponents. So it's either staying and going on with a 3 steps forward and 2 back pace as the league slowly raises it's reputation or find a league with higher reputation and continue to do good results there.
Edit: Too slow, again.

Hi Tad
Two answers saying very much the same thing so I will set this question to a status of "resolved".
To answer the second part of your quastion... The managers with 10K rep are not magicians, they're just in high average rep leagues.
Good luck in your search for more rep,
Kev.
