Hi,
I bought 2 speed ups for 2 buildings, but did not get level up. It took coins without any result.
Additionally, time progress has been restarted...

Hi Radoslaw, what HQ buildings did you upgrade? We suspect maybe you were building new HQ buildings, which is why they appeared as level 1, because before the build they were effectively "level 0".

Hmm, now i see. Perhaps it is possible.
It was Simulator and Department of New Technologies(dont know how its in english, i have diferent language version).
Could you confirm, that was upgrade from 0 to 1 lvl?
