The game and even the forum don't work without VPN... All day

Yeah Russia is off the game completely. It's obviously not the game fault but it's cutting off many players from Russia who are unfamiliar with VPN and other ways to open the game in this case. Especially the newcomers - they open the app and only see a black screen. Doesn't make you wanna stay and try the game "maybe it'll work another time", right? Something is gotta be done.

As Mr Freeman wrote, we can't do anything about this. You will have to wait for them to stop filtering network traffic in and out of Russia. It really is unfortunate for every Russian player, not just newcomers.

It's real that you are unable to change the situation as it is, but they will not stop filtering traffic. Russia is building its own Great Firewall, so I recommend you to at least add an in-app offline notifications for Russian players saying that they should use VPN because Russian government is currently blocking game IPs and servers. Otherwise from now on you are permanently losing Russian players.
