Shortlist Improvements

Is it possible to add these improvements to the shortlist: 
1- The ability to remove drivers/staff from the main shortlist menu (without having to enter each driver/staff member's profile the remove him). 
2- The ability to see the driver/staff stats when hovering the mouse above his star rating (just like how it works in the transfers menu) - on PC obviously.

A small tweak but a somewhat helpful idea. It's certainly going to be helpful so I support this idea. A small but meaningful change. So to me, it's a POSITIVE SUGGESTION! :)
