What percentage do you guys let your tires run down too and still find then affective and fast, I normally switch out at 50%ish.

Somewhere around 35. Depends what track and tyres you use. I Sometimes stretch them out for another lap per stint instead of taking an extra stop if I think I'll lose less time.

Yeah same as Shaun about the 35 to 40% range but then depends on pit stop times also as some races it is quicker to stop. So maybe have a look at your pit stop times at the tracks and this may help you also!

It all depends. Fuel weight and tyre choice set the framework. If I can stay 50%+ then all is well and good but for the 2 Soft compounds I won't hesitate to go down to 40% if strategy or tactic considerations require it, for Mediums 50% is the end of the line and Hards are not used. Below that it's better for a very good reason, but with the current tyre set I really don't want to go below 30%.
