Driver set up or fastest lap?

Do you go by the fastest lap set or by the drivers requirements? My fastest lap is 8/10ths faster than the desired set up of the driver

Given his level, your driver will be inconsistent, even when driving multiple laps with the same setup on the same tyres. Go with the perfect setup as that is the fastest, on top of which driver mistake is added.

Yeah make your driver comfortable for the race or they wont be happy!! Only time i change this is when its a wet/dry race and i might go to a setting in the middle of my wet/dry setting!
