I left a league a day ago, not joined any still, and trained afterwards and from that time both the drivers health has not increased yet. 
Does it happen because it has never happened before?

Hi Nayan, if you're not in a league, your drivers will indeed not regenerate health, this is a chance that was announced several months ago.
