I have noticed yesterday in a race that in the first lap many cars made an automatic pit stop mounting again the same tyre they had at the start.

In that moment there were 3.4 mm of water, the managers said that they had set W tyres with 3 mm.

I think that the game need an improvement in the check for scheduled pit stop based on the quantity of water.

The cars entered in the pit because:
3.4 mm > 3 mm

My suggestion is: add this further check:
New tyre == current tyre?
=> true  => no pit stop
=> false => pit stop

It should be simple to add, please think about it!
In this way there will not be unwanted or uneuseful pit stop in the first lap!

Solution.
Set your advanced settings at 5mm, or press cancel when u see the pitstop light flicker....................

But then again,
If it is so simple to add, please write this flawless easy to add program you speak of so this can all be fixed.

That happens all the time.....As well as in the last lap of a race.  It defeats the manager's time and effort to have set up the cars accordingly. 5mm seems a bit extreme for a set up as well.

It is not a setup, it is a patch.
The last lap stop is due to fuel < 1
the first lap stop is weird tho
But i think allesandro may be right on the 3mm < 3.4mm

Never had the problem tho.

Right again Bo......

Went back to check lap data..... and yes.... fuel was out.... As to why it fills up for more than what it needs it's beyond me. Thanks for the comment Bo.
