Problem during the race

The problem happens during the race.
Lock all the notebook, all programs stop responding for about 5 minutes. After this returns to normal and I can reload the game again.
It's been 3 or 4 days since this is happening, always in the middle of the race, it's just me that happens?

Hi Jordano, we have not heard of anybody else reporting this problem. Are you saying when you lock your laptop, you are unable to use your computer entirely? If so, this is a problem with your laptop.

The problem happens every day when I'm watching live races.
Exactly 15 minutes after the start of the race it locks the whole notebook and after 5 minutes everything returns to normal.
I repeat, this only happens when I'm watching the live race, all the rest of the day when I use the notebook none of this happens.

What browser are you using?

Hi Jordano, what is the operating system of your laptop and is your version of Google Chrome 32-bit or 64-bit? You can check this in Chrome by clicking the 3 vertical dots on the top right of the Chrome browser, hover over Help, then click About Google Chrome. Next to the version number shown it will display if it is 32 or 64-bit.
