Please, please, someone answer this. So many threads have been made on this topic and the dev's ignore them.

Just had a race & my advanced strat was set to "after 0 laps of rain, pit for fit wet (full)" .. It starts raining, my drivers pit straight away as they should, and they fit softs instead. I then manually pit them the next lap, select wet (full) from the drop down menu before I hit the pit button, then I click PIT, and they once again fit softs. I had to pit my drivers 3 times to get them to fit wets.

What is the point in the advanced strategy if they do not follow it? It's easy to dismiss this if it's manager error (selecting wrong tyres etc) but this is not the case. My advanced strat should have covered this.

I'm sorry. This is a serious bug that will be fixed when we apply the next update.  It shouldn't be too much longer now.

It's not just the free users who have this problem.

Afaik it is. Most of the 2D users are at their own fault because they forget to do a few things (like unticking the pit button and then reticking it) if your strategy differs from the pre-race strategy. Most of the 2D users just select the tyres and let their driver pit as he would, without realising that you need to untick the pit button and then reselect it

Their fault? You are kidding, don't you?
Maybe there are 2D users not reading forum all the day and simply do not know about that.
An information to all users about bugs would be very helpful...

But I've waited since months on the implementation of "push hard" in Qualy-laps no matter what race strategy I set up.
Have been told its ready on the test system and needs to be implemented. Now the update is postponed and postponed again...because of implementing whatever strange new features instead of caring about what's there in first place....

I am fed up of waiting now and will quit. Too late....

Oh dear!
I know it is very frustrating but try to keep it in proportion.  It doesn't rain every race and there are so many other good features about the game.  It is such a pity some players only notice this as a problem.  It will be fixed.  It is still such a new game and has such potential.

I can understand where this annoyment is coming from..

This week alone I've had 2 issues in 2D with not fueling right once they pitted.. In 1 race I had to pit with 2 laps to go and cost me a win and the other I finished with 1 ltr left...

I like to make my 1st stint and then change on how the race is going... When the 2D system fails, it just messes up the race and makes you ask yourself.. "Why bother"

I see how many people have quit over bugs and more seem to be dropping day by day..

and when you get a thread going up with issues and then developers answering posts within the thread that is not even answering the questions asked and the they put up posts about "sponsorships" It annoys people and question what the devs care about when they don't bother answering questions...

Do believe me when I say the devs care about all the opinions posted.  They have to decide what is to be dealt with first.  This 'bug' will be sorted.
