How to attract Rookies?

Hi Jack / Mods / All, 

I have a really good active league I have recently taken over as Host.


League not found or inactive


It has (at the time of writing)16 Elite and Pro Teams, but lost a lot of Rookie teams due to inactivity. 

I have a post in the League Forum but I get no new Rookies joining. 

I know the new league/filter option is a complete waste of time,  but can anyone share how I can get the Rookie tier filled??

promote promote promote...social media social media... Invite your friends....co workers... classmates....etc... I don't host a league, but I visit this forum regularly.... others like me do as well..... when you think you've done enough....do it again. Good luck Bry.

We are experiencing the same thing in Formula F1 Asia League which is a 2 car league. We are now in Season 29 and we have never had a problem with recruiting Rookie players until the latest updates. I also run Formula F1 Asia 1 car League and have no problems with Rookies joining the league daily.  There is something clearly wrong with the recruitment side of things.

I think I have found the cause of this problem. If you go to search for a league at a specific time, it simply does not work anymore. Also if choosing between 1 car and 2 car does not work. As soon as they fix this issue then our recruitment should be back to how it was before.

Yep the search is a total waste of time!!! I just watch races now or look for teams that dont seem to fit in the time slot they are in. I send out messages here there and everywhere. Yet when i got to promote our league on here with new and up to date formation the Mods etc always seem to stop it by closing the thread. All the rookies that we have in our league i went and got myself have had zero injected by the game itself. So hard when the whole search is not working!! Good luck guys and maybe we all need to get together as Hosts of leagues and work as one for this. I know ive sent teams to other leagues that i know as the time etc did suit. The game will only succeed if we work together!! Send me a message if you want and we will see what we can do!!
