New faces for the drivers

All the drivers/mechanicans have Always the same faces and Thats Boring and unrealistic. There should also be other countries in the Academy !!! For example I am from Germany so all my drivers are German, But why ??? In real life Ferrari also hasnt got just Italian drivers, for example Leclerc from Monaco !!!!!

For your different nationalities do like Ferrari and sign them.... or use your token and change theirs names and nationalities. 

But in the Academy are Alexas just German drivers because im an German and in real life Mercedes for example hasnt Always German drivers in there academy they have George russell from Great Britain

The Game should be as Real as posible so yes we should be Mercedes 

Its funny i was just commenting on this the other day but it was with the Staff pictures!! Some of these staff are meant to be 50 to 60 years old and they look very good for there age!!

I think adding some random new 'pictures' would be the same as implementing 'new driver names'
But linking those pictures to age, or aging the pictures over time... not as easy.

Would be nice to see some new faces that correspond to their age, but basically, irdc bout cosmetics.
