Youth Academy not available since lvl 7

What did you try to do?
Try to upgrade Youth Academy since reached lvl 7, already am lvl 12

What happened instead?
The option has never been available. It always shows the red message "available at lvl 7", not allowing the building pop up to open.

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
Both

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows XP, Mac OS

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, open my account, go to "Headquarters" and see.


PD: This bug report creation box letter system is awful, awful, if each box is a different question, show it to not be filling text boxes blindly, and allow more characters, had to skip to the next box to continue the phrase just to see after posting that I had answered 6 hidden questions with fragments of an explanation, making no sense.
Have had to redo completely after posted to be able to know what and where im answering.

Well, while other upgrade is in progress it's not only Youth Academy, but any other upgrade, that gets locked till the current one ends.
But as far as I know it's supposed to be the same for every building and for everyone else, at least thats how has worked in all other 73 upgrades so far, nothing new there I think.

As said, already over lvl 7 in both accounts, done a few upgrades so far, in both the same guy pressing the buttons, not had this problem with any other kind of building, and this one only in 1 of 2 accounts.

Can't be clicked, opened, right clicked, accesed via address...

Hi Alberto, this is an error in the display of facilities that haven't been built yet.

For example, when your manager level meets the requirements to unlock a facility, and a previously locked facility has not yet been constructed, it will display that it will unlock at the level displayed only when another facility is being constructed or upgraded.
