Hi all,
I was thinking about the HQ development.
Currently you can only advance your HQ to your relevant manager level.
How about being able to develop past your management level, but to do so would cost coins rather than cash?
So for example once you reach 5 stars on a level 12, if you want to upgrade to level 13 it would cost 100 coins.
The reason for this is that you may be in a league that you are really enjoying, but the management increase might only be a few points per race thereby leaving you with 2 or 3 or 4 seasons without being able to upgrade your HQ.

You can already speed up the process of building by paying with tokens but at the moment it limits you to your manager level this is main structure of the game where drivers, staff, HQ, etc is limited to manager level and as your manager gets higher so does other things. I don't see devs changing this structure.

I understand the speeding up process, I'm just at that point where I want to upgrade my HQ, I'm stockpiling tokens and thought it might be a good way to spend them if it was possible.
It would also be another excuse for people to buy tokens to catch up with the field in their first few seasons

As your no doubt aware you either need a level 20 team to join you or move to league with level 20 team in it and you will gain points faster to level up but what do you think happens when a team reaches level 20 and hq built

I actually think it's a good idea. Sacrifice something to go beyond the level.
Say you are at a competition where everyone is level 18 and you are level 15. You will not stand a chance to do anything there for several seasons.
Why not give a chance to develop beyond your level to be more competitive?
