Fill driver and staff positions

I've just checked your profile and you are level 9 and ranked 54...

You don't need a doctor or a commercial manager, the other 2 are a must though.

Why do you say this Rob? I've done 4 races without any staff before. You don't need a technical director.

Well. Yeah. I guess if you really need to save money, you could fire them or let the contracts run out. idk.

Then again. I don't understand how you can lose money in this. I know people I have raced against have, but it's not to hard to make money as long as you don't swap around drivers and staff all the time.

Actually if you keep the same driver for a very long time it can cost you 2-3 mill each in the end!
The wages just keep going up.

Also if you never reach your objectives then the money soon disappears.

I jumped in a two driver league at the beginning and that cost me a lot of money. It's been a long road to recovery, but I'm almost back to where I need to be and have all the facilities I need to compete.
