The next race will be at 00.00. The weather is sunny today(before 00.00) but it will rain tomorrow(after 00.00) according to weather forecast. So should i use wet tyres? it means that there will be rain in the race right?

If the weather forecast mentions rain for tomorrow, it doesn't necessarily mean it will start raining exactly at midnight. It means that rain is expected somewhere during the day.
If you expect it could rain, best would be to log in a little bit before qualifying and check the weather to adjust your strategy.
