Hi guys is there a reason why after days and days of looking there doesn't seem to be any CD coming through with good strengths and good weakness at level 16

There isn't an infinite supply of staff and most of the good ones are already under contract. Managers who have good staff aren't in a hurry to let them go because like you they find them very difficult to replace.

A few do turn up at L16 because managers let them go as they level up and the staff become less effective. But often managers have multiple accounts and may choose to transfer staff to an alternative account.

Finally, I imagine there are quite a few good CDs tied up in dormant accounts.

I have been asking the same question why is there no new cd released by the game sonto speak all that’s out there are has been post race none of whom have any of the strengths required acc / braking / downforce etc Yunus did reply back but did not answer the question as to why the game has not released any into the market !!
