Racing with my driver for a long time
What happened instead?
Experience has been stuck on 7 for way too long. I think it's bugged. I have a friend in the same league achieving similar results to me, his driver has been going up in experience, yet mine is stuck on 7. He is at 18 experience now.

Hi Jop, I assume you talk about driver Martijn Jansen.
Experience goes up with 1 point every 10 races. I think you recruited this driver from your youth academy, he probably had an experience of 3 at that moment. He has done 42 races for you, which means he should have gained 4 points of experience, bringing him to 7.
All looks correct to me.
If you point me to your friend's driver, we can take a look at his race history and we'll probably see that he has done much more races.

Your driver was promoted to your team on 31 May, who had 3 experience at the team. Since then, he has completed 42 races, which, as Gert says, is 4.2 points of experience, which is why your driver shows 7 experience.
As this isn't a bug, I have moved it to the help & support forum. Hope this clears up any confusion.
