Just a question !! Why don’t you like the idea of having new avatars or faces for the drivers and The other people who work in the Team ??? I think it’s unrealistic that the designers or directors have the same faces like the drivers because they are much older !!! So it would be cool if you could think for just a moment about this idea !!!

Because nobody actaully gives a crap about what profile pictures staff members or drivers have - its just a visual reference.
I don't actually notice the avatars anymore.
