Bonus for achievements

Hi IGP managers,

I don't understand the meaning of achievements without any bonus... I believe there should be a prize for every achievement you complete for example Tokens or money or car parts depending the difficulty!!!!

In addition, the achievements are still the same since the game was born, there are few and many are really trivial, it is automatic to unlock them playing, no need to engage.

The reason there are no prizes is to try to keep the game as equal as possibe, if you got, say 50 tokens for winning, it makes successful teams even harder to catch. I suggested a compromise where the top 3 Teams were given 5, 3, 1 tokens. That amount wouldn't give winning teams a big advantage but still rewards success.
I had a different way of rewarding teams. I suggested a trophy room. Each race win gets a small trophy, each championship, along with 2nd &  3rd gets a bigger trophy, all of them get displayed in a room that's visible to all. Clicking on a trophy could reveal the race data or race result

The solution would be simple, do not give token but money (Euro, Pounds, Dollars, etc ...)
The tokens would be too precious, moreover they are the system with which the developers can profit, the money of the game instead they are another thing and they would go to help the economy of the team, without giving excessive advantages.
The trophy room would be really nice :)
