Glitched Youth Driver

What did you try to do?
Tried to promote a youth driver, they should normally come out with very low stats.

What happened instead?
Instead they promoted like this : https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=5616720&tab=attributes

Can the bug be reproduced?
I guess you could reproduce it by promoting another driver,this is unique and hasnt happened before.

It's like you got a shiny pokemon. Why didn't you keep the driver?

I don't think this will warrant an investigation until it can be reproduced more often however.
