car auto pitted last race

hi
during my last race my car auto pitted on the last lap causing me not to meet my expectations and lose money
the pit light didn't come on to say the car was going into the pits 
im now in negative balance on my account 

can you have a look at this and refund my money back into my account

This happened to me in the race on 30 th december race time 21:00 uk time i had over a lap of fuel left cost me 6 places in race

Couldn't use the kers either game went into freak mode
